How Long is the Series Available?The series with bonus content like the live panel discussion and episode Q&A's are available for a limited time exclusively on Eventive. All content was originally available beginning June 8th for one month only, but we've extended availability until further notice. We've also extended the watch windows so that viewers have more time to watch all the episodes and bonus content.

How Many Times Can I Watch an Episode?You can watch the episodes and bonus Q&A content as many times as you like . Note: The episodes are now available for 90 days from the time you first begin watching.

What Do I Do If It Says, "Content Cannot Be Accessed By a Proxy Server"Some viwers when clicking "Watch Now" receive a message "content cannot be accessed by a proxy server". VPNs and Proxy Servers are denied access and users will have to switch them off to access content. If you don't have a VPN, your service provider might be using proxy servers and this happens for some individuals with internet service providers that trigger Eventive's VPN anti-piracy security. If that happens to you, please contact the Eventive Audience Experience team directly at the following link: https://watch.eventive.org/help?chat=1 <- then, go to the "launch live chat support" button at the bottom. They can work with you to whitelist your IP triggering that message that blocks viewing the videos, so that you can begin watching.
